Welcome to Cre8 Land and Planning
An independent planning and development consultancy set up by Andrew Bradshaw in 2022 to provide bespoke planning and development advice to both the private and public sectors.
We offer a full planning and development service from initial site search and promotion through to the preparation and negotiation of deliverable planning permissions and the preparation of funding bids.
We work with independent land agents to identify land for new residential development working closely with landowners on an exclusive basis to promote land to our network of developers and housebuilders.
We have a strong track record in town centre regeneration working in close collaboration with the public sector and other professionals to provide strategic planning and development advice to deliver creative solutions that deliver long lasting transformation for generations to come.
We have a passion for placemaking and design and a strong belief in collaboration and partnership working with a wide range of stakeholders and local people to deliver the best outcomes based on a shared vision and strategic plan.
