Cre8 Land and Planning is an independent commercially focused town planning and land consultancy providing support to housebuilders, land promotors and landowners across the North West.

We are experts in residential land promotion helping to navigate the planning system to promote land for residential development and secure deliverable planning approvals that maximise coverage and a return to both the landowner and developer.

 

We work with independent land agents to identify land for new residential development working closely with landowners on an exclusive basis to promote land to our network of developers and housebuilders.

 

We have an excellent knowledge of the regional Northwest residential land market and maintain good relationships with landowners and local planning authorities to help support the positive promotion of land for new residential development.

 

We are experts at community and stakeholder engagement working in a collaborative way with local communities to help build trust and resolve any issues to support positive outcomes.

Andrew Bradshaw BA (Hons) MTPL MRTPI

 

Director

 

The company is led by Andrew Bradshaw who has over 25 years’ experience advising clients across both the private and public sectors in the delivery of complex development and regeneration projects.

 

He was previously a Planning Director with WSP in the Manchester office and  Head of Planning with GL Hearn where he led the Manchester Planning and Development team for 4 years.

 

He is a specialist in residential land and planning with extensive experience in identifying and promoting sites for new residential development from initial site appraisal and promotion through to the preparation and negotiation of the planning application.

 

He has a strong track record in identifying and acquiring land for residential development having spent 4 years with Barratt Partnerships where he acquired land to the value of c. £800m GDV.

 

He is well connected with an excellent network of contacts across the regional land and property market along with good relationships within local planning authorities and other public agencies including Homes England.

 

He believes strongly in collaboration and engagement working closely with developers, key stakeholders and local communities to deliver quality development that is locally owned yet commercially viable.
