Cre8 Land and Planning is instructed by BM Solutions the owner of land at Raven Bridge Farm, Renwick to prepare and negotiate a full planning application for the development of 7 no. Eco Glamping pods on land located in open countryside.


The development site covers an area of approximately 0.78 hectares and is located  in open countryside to the south of the village of Renwick, Penrith.


The surrounding area is very much rural in character comprised of rolling pasture and pockets of woodland along the Raven and Kiln beck valleys with an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty located immediate to the north and east of the site.


The proposals for 7 no. sustainable eco pods will integrate into the landscape with extensive new planting to screen any views of the development  and minimise any impact on the  sensitive habitats and bio diversity of the wider site. The design of the site lighting has been informed by the need to respect the dark skies designation of the area.


In addition to meet the nutrient neutrality requirements of the area the proposals will provide mitigation via a drainage field and on site waste water treatment facility.
