The company is led by Andrew Bradshaw, Director BA (Hons) MTPL MRTPI a senior planning  and development professional with over 25 years experience of advising both the public and private sectors in the delivery of complex development and regeneration projects.

Andrew has extensive experience across the full range of planning & development sectors including industrial, commercial, retail, leisure & cultural, health & public and in particular the residential sector having advised regional & national house builders and the public sector on housing & planning strategies, planning applications and public sector developer bids, helping to secure preferred developer status on a number of sites with an estimated value in excess of £500m.

He has a strong track record in partnering & engagement working closely with developers, key stakeholders and local communities to deliver quality development that is locally owned yet commercially viable.

He is well connected with good contacts within numerous local planning authorities and other public agencies and has access to a network of complimentary professionals where required.
