Cre8 Land and Planning is instructed by Roland Homes to promote the land at Bank Farm, Mickle Trafford for release from the Green Belt for a new residential extension to the north west of Mickle Trafford.


Representations including the preparation of a supporting vision and planning strategy document were made to the Cheshire West and Chester Local Plan first round of consultation on the evidence Base and land available for development as set out in the evidence base documents including the Places Background Paper and Land Availability Assessment.


The vision for the site is to establish a high-quality sustainable extension to the west of Mickle Trafford that seamlessly integrates within the existing residential neighbourhood whilst minimising any impact on the openness of the retained Green Belt and open countryside.
